Story of the Firm

“In family law, the size of the firm indicates the amount of choice, resources and financial stability. Because KoonsFuller ... (has 29 attorneys in four offices across North Texas) ..., it offers a greater choice of attorney personality and strategic thinking.

“Does this mean KoonsFuller is so large that you take a number? Never. As it has been since the firm began in 1978, each client is entitled to his or her own personal crusader. With more attorneys than a typical family law firm, KoonsFuller has at least one who is perfectly suited to each client, no matter the size of the marital estate or the complexity of the lives concerned.

“Clients also have access to the creative mindset and diligent work ethic of other KoonsFuller attorneys who are especially knowledgeable in fashioning premarital agreements, handling large estates, dealing with child custody, valuing businesses, dividing retirement assets, handling cases from inception through appeals and other areas of family law.

“Family law is the most personal of all legal practice areas while demanding financial wisdom and negotiating skill.”
