Ms. Garrett joined KoonsFuller as an Associate in the Denton office after gaining experience in insurance defense, bankruptcy and the defense of personal injury claims, along with handling Dallas family law matters and Plano divorce. She now handles a wide range of divorce and family law matters, including complex property settlements, child custody, child support and visitation, paternity, prenuptial agreements, a post-divorce matters.

Ms. Garrett is a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University in business and earned her M.B.A. at Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business in 2009. She earned her J.D. simultaneously at Texas Tech School of Law and was a top advocate in many competitions including negotiations and moot court.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association – Family Law Section, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and The Association of Former Students at Texas A&M. She is admitted to practice in the state of Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
