Jeff Domen 

Known as a straight shooter with an effective style, Jeff Domen’s success in the courtroom as well as his ability to reach favorable settlements has earned him a spot on the list of Texas Rising Stars (Thomson Reuters 2010) featured in Texas Monthly.

 

This list includes the top 2.5% of all lawyers under the age of 40 all across the state, in all fields of practice.

Well versed in both traditional litigation and collaborative law, Mr. Domen joined Koons Fuller to further his strong commitment as an advocate for families and children.

 

Besides building a substantial family law practice, he is known for his ability in estate planning, civil litigation, creation of business entities and financial/ tax planning for high net-worth individuals.

 

In addition to speaking at continuing legal education seminars on family law topics, Mr. Domen is a member of the Collin, Dallas and Denton County bar associations and serves on the board of the Frisco Bar Association and the Collin County Family Law Section.

 

He is also a member of the Collaborative Law Alliance of Collin County. 

 

Mr. Domen was born in Orange County, California, received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Baylor University and graduated at the top of his class at Baylor University School of Law.

 

Mr. Domen is a member of Hope Fellowship Church and lives in Frisco with his wife and three children. He often fills in for the church youth minister and counsels young marrieds on enriching their relationships.

 

His competitive nature is not only fulfilled in the courtroom, but also through local sports leagues, where he plays soccer and baseball and coaches youth sports. He also participates in triathlons.

With all the marital vicissitudes of the fictional Ewing family, it's fitting that TNT chose the offices of one of Dallas' most prominent divorce attorneys to use as the location for Bobby Ewing's office. Patrick Duffy recently made a 5:30 a.m. visit to the corner office of attorney Ike Vanden Eykel shooting scenes for the show. Ike is a long-time principal in the firm of KoonsFuller, which moved into its Uptown locale overlooking Woodall Rodgers Freeway, last summer.
