For Liz Porter, being a child custody attorney is more than just being an attorney. When it comes to child custody issues, “in the best interest of the child” is more than legal jargon to Liz Porter. Liz Porter is an experienced child custody attorney and has handled numerous contested and non-contested divorces, complex property divisions, high-conflict custody disputes, child support enforcement actions, modifications of previous orders and paternity issues.
She also has experience with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Ms. Porter earned her bachelor of arts degree in communication and journalism from Texas A&M University in 1993. Liz Porter earned her Juris Doctor in 2001 from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth.
She currently resides in Dallas with her three children.
